Nick CappelleriNick Cappelleri – Managing Director

With experience in General Insurance, Business Management and Accounting, Nick moved into the area of Finance Broking in 2002.  After operating as a successful loan writer for one of Australia’s largest broker firms, Nick then assisted in the creation of a dedicated mortgage broking arm of a reputable, Brisbane based, Financial Services Company.

During this time, Nick was listed in the MPA top 100 brokers in Australia and has input to industry leaders on the needs of finance brokers, and the types of products that would benefit the current finance market.

In 2006, Nick created his own operation known as alphaLEND which has continued to grow from strength to strength.

Marnie ParkMarnie Park – Administration    

With over a decade of experience in the administration arena and six years experience as a Financial Paraplanner; Marnie joined the alphaLEND team in 2007.

As Marnie holds a diploma in Financial Planning, she understands our business and the diverse needs of our clients alike.

Marnie assists all of the alphaLEND customers by managing the administrative tasks associated with the tracking of loans from lodgment through to settlement.  This allows the alphaLEND brokers to focus on the important things… their customers. 

Kerry Van GemertKerry Van Gemert - Lending Manager    

With over 20 years experience in banking and finance with leading financial organisations such as the Commonwealth and St George , Kerry specialises in residential and investment property finance.

Kerry has also owned and operated a successful broking business in Sydney and believes a personalised and professional service makes all the difference.
